Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective products must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. Contact us at email@example.com. Please provide a detailed description of the problem and photo(s) so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Lovebirbs is not responsible when you provide an insufficient or incorrect address. The address you provide when you place your order cannot be changed after placing the order. To reship the item, you will need to pay for the shipping and processing cost.
Buyers remorse & size/color exchanges
All products on Lovebirbs are made to order. Therefore we do not accept returns that do not fall under damages, nor do we accept exchanges.
If personalized products are damaged they can only be replaced by the exact same product. See ‘Damages’ for more information.
